Priyank Shah

Managing Partner & CEO

Priyank has over 17 years of real estate private equity experience across Asia-Pacific and the GCC. Prior to founding Ascend, he served as Head of Fund Management at Logicap Investment Management, having previously held investment roles across HillHouse Investment and Rava Partners. Before that, he led JLL’s APAC buy-side advisory practice. His experience spans acquisitions, capital formation, transaction structuring and cross-border real estate investments.
